What a pleasant treat to open an envelope a short while ago and find inside it another survey with all 10's. Congratulations to everyone who contributed to this wonderful outcome.
The surprise closing is 412 S. Florette in Anaheim...going ‘special' today as the lenders jumped through hoops to get our ‘bank owned' listing closed.
We're making strong progress...last year the team was ranked 168th in OC units by Trendgraphix after the first quarter. Based on the 14 sides closed in the first quarter of ‘09 using last years stats we'd be in the top 25...up 160% from last years sales units...with another 12 sides pending; it remains very feasible to achieve our goal of 100 plus. Especially when you consider the foreclosure moratorium comes off tomorrow, auction sales tentatively scheduled for late May...with our "Star Trek" event on May 9th...the 2nd quarter will be tremendously exciting.
The new carpet was going in 990 Rim Crest earlier; this property is now one of the best values in Anaheim Hills.
