I'm curious to hear about what your #1 prospecting strategies for new clients are?

Here are a couple examples to get the conversation started:

  • A direct response newsletter sent to my favorite past clients (offline)
  • A google adwords lead generation campaign that generates me a deal for every $200 I spend
  • Calling expired listings
  • Prospecting FSBO's

Dane - Right now, my number 1 prospecting strategy is the internet.  I have had several prospects recently through my brokers website.  We'll have to see if any of them pan out, but at least they are leads.

Dane, I'm surprised to see, you just received one comment. What happenned to ther agents. don't want to share or no comments ?

Here is what I do , due to limited time with my kid, I'm relying on internet and expired, cancelled mail, SOI referrals for now. will let you know, if things change.

Dane, I also have been putting most of my time and $$ into my website.  However, I just went together with 2 other agents in my office and we will be sending out monthly newsletters.  Hope something comes of that.  I know that leaving your card everywhere and handing it out as often as possible is a good thing.  Also, put some up on the supermarket's bulletin board, there is always room there.  Not sure about the Google thing, let me know how that goes, okay?
