I have not blogged very much in the last year or so, but am trying to spend more time here at AR these days. I find a wealth of information here and am always interested in the opinions of others, as well as the market conditions in other areas. I just realized that this is my 100thblog on AR. For real...NO APRIL FOOLS! I will however, find someone to have some fun with today. After all, we must keep our sense of humor these days!

Renee, I had to take a few months off due to multi surgeries and etc. wow amazing my SEO ratings dropped... now back on top on google again !

I've been on here for 2 years and I'm only just now going to hit the 50,000 mark this week! It's a mile stone :)
I needed some time away because my blogging mentor (Jeff Turner) once told me when it stops being fun, take a break. Sometimes you just need to find the joy (or time) again!
Julie, Congratulations on your milestone...50,000 is a great accomplishment. Maybe I'll get there someday...I seem to have writers block these days.
