The Biggest Question being asked is, Is it a good time to buy? Yes, I know that some of you are concerned about job stability, but rates are at an all time low. Home prices are extremely affordabe. There is an overwhelming number of houses on the Market that are priced below 100 thousand dollard, of course the lower the price there will be some that need work, but that is what is called sweat equity, some may need to be done prior to close, but the majority is just cosmetics that can be done over a period of time. call me for your showing today to see some of these great deals. We are sure that it wont be long and these prices will be heading back up.
