"Time to Get off the Fence?

The Washington Post article mentions that prices are down but the psychological factors may keep buyers still waiting. Waiting for what? The bottom? Well, timing the real estate market is like timing the stock market...you can't do it. Experts say we are in the bottom now and who knows where the market will be six months or a year from now.

One thing is for sure, there are some great deals out here now! Buyers are able to get closing help and money of the asking price.
