Buyer's Market!

Home Stager with Twiques: The Art of Home Comfort

Well, it has been a while, however, with the weather etc. it hasn't been dull!  The market is beginning to turn for staging here in Vancouver with more listings and solds occuring.  We are moving forward and it is time for people to think about preparing their homes for the spring real estate season.  What do you do to prepare for selling?  Is it the same as Spring Cleaning, or is it different?  Let us know!

UPSTAGING YOUR HOMES - Sechelt, BC

Hi Judith,

It's different.  Putting a home up for sale is the time for the owner to de-clutter, get rid of whatever they don't want to take to their new home.  Pack up the winter clothes & boots, the out of season sports equipment, the collections, the extras.  Keep on packing anything that won't be needed during selling process.

If realtors would tell their clients this, they would be giving them great advice.  That's the beginning of the reality check for the sellers: the time they need to realize their home is becoming a house for sale.

Twiqued homes are unique!

Hi Sharon, thank you for your comment, if only we could work as partners on a team with Realtors, I don't know about you, but I could tell them what they need to hear, and the Realtor continues to maintain their relationship with the client!
