So, I just finished a job with a client that was a dream. She fully understood the concept of staging, didn't balk about the price and let me have fun! I have found over and over again and I am sure many stagers have too that when a client gives you full rein witha project, it will turn out to benefit objectives: 1. To showcase the property to it's fullest potential, 2. Make the client happy and 3. Give you a sense of accomplishment and great photos to later market yourself. A bad client can make all of the above much more of a challenge and a drag on creativity, thus giving the homeowner and the property an un-just staging. The below photos are of this recent job. The homeonwer will soon have another property for us to stage.
Todd, It's nice to have those dream clients that will let you do your thing! Looks great!
HI Todd, congratualtions on finding a client that "gets it". They are out there, in fact more and more each day.
Beautiful staging, Todd! Glad to hear your fab client has another staging job for you soon! We recently staged for an inventor with a flip. He was great to work with and gave us free reign. His house is now pending inspection after less than a month on the market and he's told us he wants us to stage his next flip. Got to love that!
So here is the latest update on this property. We spoke with the homeowner this afternoon and she has an offer in on this property. It is a low offer, but she is going to try and make things work. This property was staged on March 31st, 2009. She is currently working on another property in the neighborhood to have us stage in the near future. She is definately a believer in Staging!
