WOW!!! are we having a Great Year in real estate sales. Resale and New Home Inventory are on the decline. Contract Pendings are going through the roof and Homes SOLD/CLOSED are on the rise. Active Listings have declined 20% over last year. Contract Pendings have increased over 40% and SOLDs have increased over 25%. Contract Pendings are higher than SOLDs because of Short Sales. Almost a quarter of the Short Sales do not go to closing.
