Format & Criteria
- Cost: Seller pays advertising cost and the buyer pay a buyers premium of 2% (The 2% goes to The Real Estate Company, Inc for auction service). Listing Agent/Broker and Seller determine listing broker's compensation and co-broke.
- Total value of properties being auctioned ideally to exceed $400,000. Multiple agents/offices and properties can participate in one auction.
- Properties can be auctioned off live or through a silent bid method
- Property will stay listed with current broker
- Normal auction will run 6-8 weeks
- Residential and Commercial
