I apparantly am magic. Since I entered the real estate profession there seems to be telekinetic signal that goes out when I show a property. The house could have sat alone and lonely with no showings for two months but when I decide to show it then activity starts! I should patent this - it works at gas stations too, there will be no one there I'll pull in and suddenly here they come! I am an unconscious rainmaker!
Someone tell me how to bottle this, or better yet to franchise it!
