It is time for buyers to get off the fence...we are hearing it more and more even in the media. The $8,000 tax credit for this year, coupled with low prices and low interest rates make it a win-win scenario. Some will say-the market has not hit bottom yet...to that I say we will not know we have hit bottom until prices start to go up. The Boston Metro area is already rebounding which is a good sign. Do you know what they call someone who bought at the lowest in the market and sold at the height? A liar....(I read that somewhere...I didn't author it!)
