First Time Home Buyer's Tax Credit

This $8,000 first time homebuyer's tax credit coupled with lower prices makes buying a home a no brainer.  I wish the media would talk about this on a regular basis rather than the doom and gloom.

Jane,   Sorry to say that Good News does not sell advertising space.  It is up to each and everyone of us to do whatever we can to discuss with buyers and sellers the good news items.    And also remember that "People believe what People WANT TO BELIEVE"  Not always the facts.
