Content is a valuable marketing tool if it prompts visitors to stay on a Web site longer or inquire about products or services, which is why more Realtors are now using Twitter and other social networking sites. Content creation is even more affordable these days, and might involving launching an e-mail newsletter or other basic features, using reviews or forum posts as the foundation for advertisements or campaigns, or launching a company blog.
