Anyone else having issues with MLXJet?

I am having billing issues with this company called MLXJet - MLXjet Media Corp? There site 

Even though I canceled their service over a year ago, out of the blue they billed my credit card for $144.90 for a year subscription back in January 2009 this year. I called them and asked why they are billing Real Estate Agents without authorization and they said nothing other than they would credit me. Well, it is March 2009 and I still have no credit on my credit card statement so I called them again. They now tell me that they will not credit me for the unauthorized billing because it is past 30 days of the billing.


Just wondering if I am the only Real Estate Agent with this problem with MLX Jet - MLXjet Media Corp?

Wow, thats really scary that a company would do that. I would try to talk to a supervisor. They show have id documented in their computer log of your calls and request.

The problem is I can't get past the lady that answers the phone. The manager is never their and she always takes messages but no one returns my calls.

So Buyer beware.

Will it is now April 11, 2009 and MLXJet still has and will not return my calls about the unauthorized charge to my credit cards.

So I would highly suggest to be very carefull that you don't give them your credit card as they may have a 30 day guarantee but the problem is (with me) they keep your card info and number for months or even years after you have stopped dealing with them and they can bill it without you authorizing it.

Reference my blog on the same issue:

I finally blocked the charge on my credit card, but was denied because the online agreement said they could charge every year without prior notice.  They have since changed the language to give a month or 45-day notice before the charge.

Also, their new web site has NO, absolutely NO, address or phone - everything has to be by email and of course, it's one way - you never know if the message has been received.  I Googled the company and came up with 2 resellers (who would even want to represent this devious underhanded company!) and they gave me an address in Vancouver, BC.  No phone.  Even the 2 resellers were unaware that the web site now has NO contact information.

They also gave me - but of course he never wrote back.  I tried to send a return receipt letter to cancel but can't do that to Canada, only registered mail.

My credit card company said to contact the Better Business Bureau in Vancouver - they need to have blackmarks or whatever on their company history for doing business this way.  Everyone who has had problems with them needs to do this.

Seems to me if you are proud of your product and your service you would want people to find you and recommend you.  It says volumes about MLXJet that they hide and don't return calls and don't warn you about charging for another year!

Buyer beware of MLXJet. Through another potential customer of MLXjet I got Sean's contact info. Sean is one of the sales guys that also does not return calls. I left Sean 2 messages in the last 24 hours and one text message and still not call.

Sean's email address is now and his direct phone number is 604-669-8740 if you to are having unauthorized billing isses.

It is April 18, 2009 and I did finally get a call from Sean at Fabusend / MLXJet who insisted they never heard from me about canceling. Ya right! I asked him to view their records and emails to see that I have not used their product for over a year and he tells me (with all their technology) they have no way to do that. That they can't tell if a client has used their program on a certain date or dates.

Anyway the phone call was left with me asking for my money back and they said they would discuss it... How is that for unauthorized billing and then poor customer service. I will keep you posted if and when I get my refund from MLXJet / Fabusend.

Oh and with the new name Fabusend and website there is NO contact info to reach them at. Nothing as of April 17, 2009.
