In my day-to-day travels here in Hawaii, I run across a plethora of other Real Estate professionals who all want to know ONE THING--How am I doing in this market?
I wanted to get some of your feedback out there on how YOU are addressing this question--and your honest experiences in this ever-changing financial environment---
For myself, this market has truly been a blessing---as a Buyer's agent, there is no short supply of people out there that are seeing the opportunities arise in Hawaii real estate like never before. Lower prices, greater inventory, incredible interest rates and government incentives have really "lit a fire" below a lot of Buyers who had been, until now, sitting on the sidelines. It's been a blessing to be able to have these clients who are ready, willing and able to make their purchase dreams a reality.
I'd like to get your feedback and/or opinions on how today's market is treating YOU.
