Active Rain has Spring Fever!!!

Lately the blogs have been blah.  Some of the most proficient Active Rain bloggers are writing in saying they are bored.

They aren't bored. ....... they simply have...SPRING FEVER!!!!Sprng flowers

It's that time of year.  The spring flowers are popping out and the natives are restless.  The birdies are twittering around ( they were the original twitterers when you really think about it..) and the ground hogs are scampering across the golf course ( I saw two just today).  They are skinny from being inside all winter.

A neighbor saw two bald eagles yesterday.  The mature one had just captured a fish out of Lake Burton and was holding it in its talons at the top of a tree.

The golf course here likes like it has been covered with emeralds..the grass is really that green!

The weeping cherries are weeping and the tulip trees are covered with their lavender tulip shaped blossoms.  The Sarvis trees are blooming all over the mountain sides- little splashes of white amongst the still bare and brown tree trunks.

It's enough to give anyone SPRING FEVER.  After all, with all this going on outside, who in the world would want to be inside writing blah blogs on the computer.

It's much better to be out in the RAIN!!!!!

It is spring fever and it is contageous. I love that photo -- It is so colorful and I am tired of all the white snow.

June, that's right!  Get in on the rush!

Eric, take a walk and smell the flowers.  Use that Spring Fever energy!

Joan, so glad you like the picture.  I took it last week while visiting Sea Island, Georgia which is on our coast.  The house where I took the picture had an amazing yard....decorated beautifully with flowers and Easter decorations.  I just had to take a picture and share it.

Hi Lynda,

If only it would stop raining here we could enjoy the Spring.  I have been itching for the past few weeks to get out and plant some flowers.  Nice picture and thank you for sharing.

The snow was a little much on top of the blooms.  I hope Spring is full speed ahead!
