They noted that the Senate again passed the $15,000 tax credit again yesterday. This has been passed by the senate before, but was stripped from the stimilus bill by the house. It is exciting to see this back as it could provide the final jolt to start the ramp up on housing.
Already CNBC, CNN, Moody's, Economy.com and The Wall Street Journal have all said the bottom is here. This would give us the final push we need to start the ramp upward again, which CNBC's Jim Cramer says officially begins July 1, 2009.
Just another reason there has never been a better time to buy a new home!
