Property values have taken a hit in Ada county. The cities of Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, and Star have all seen decreases. So it is likely that you property tax will be going down. Well it's complicated or so they say. It seems pretty cut and dry but Ada county Bob McQuade says that's not so.

Basically dancing around the issue by saying they're not far enough along in the assessment process to determine one way or the other.
He did say the biggest losers will see a decrease.
