April 10th, Cape Henlopen State Park will be holding its Annual Great Delaware Kite Festival starting at 10am. Come observe these beautiful kites dance across the sky or take place in the competition for free. The competitions are open to all ages and are judged in a variety of categories such as, highest kite, individual precision, individual ballet, and more. Signups begin at 9am on the day of the event. The Delaware Kite Festival is on the oldest kite festivals in the county and always promises to be a great time.
