Hi Maggie - it is a fun event to put together. Last year we had about 150 people come through and it was a one day event. This year we are expecting many more people and additional builders. We feature homes from local builders and contractors, including some of our listings and others that are not for sale but were built for the owner. People take their own cars and go at their own pace, we put together a book with features on the builder and the homes with a map and directions. We also include sponsor ads and area information in the book.
This is such a great idea. I'd love to hear more details. How big of a crowd are you expecting this year? Do folks go in their own cars or do you provide transportation?
