Now my be the real time for the investors. Fullerton homes, especially the rental complexes are starting to be priced right for cash flow. Until the recent decline in prices it was very hard to make rental property "pencil out" (running the numbers to get cash flow as positive, not a loss each month). Now there are more and more chance to get positive cash flow. Investors with 25% down have a window now to take advantage of this market and especially the low interest rates.
