Frank & Sharon,
Very impressive properties. I like the photos. Was a bt surprised that British developers came to your area. I heard a few British in the Orlando area.
So far none here in Daytona(LOL)
Thanks, Christine. We have fabulous communities here. Even better than in other larger cities I have lived in. ~ Sharon
Jon, actually Taylor Woodrow has Florida headquarters in Bradenton. They also partnered with Morrison Homes since the economic downturn. They are now just developing land. They were the developer/builder for Alaqua Lakes in the Heathrow/Longwood area of Lake Mary if you are familiar with that community in Orlando. We lived in Orlando 8 years before moving back to Jacksonville and I was surprised to see them here as well. ~ Sharon
Sharon - Orange Park has some really gorgeous homes! It looks like there is quite a variety in housing styles.
Yes, O now Alaqua Lakes. I like driving that Markham Woods Rd from longwood to Heathrow, there are beautiful develooments there. If I remember correctly, Wingfield Preserve... Gorgeous.
So, you are active in Orlando area as well?
Yes, Bill, it does and there is variety.
Right, Jon. That road is really beautiful. Alaqua Lakes is at the intersection of Markham Woods Rd and Lake Mary Blvd. It is north of Alaqua and north of Wingfield. I am still a member of the Board and have a couple of lisings with a partner we work with. ~ Sharon
I like the way you showcased your community. It's very infomative and looks like a great place to live.
So many moons ago... Orange Park was where my hubby and I started our life together. We were Yankees! He then went to Cecil Field and our tiny apartment over by the mall was just perfect. How life changes are you grow and gain! These homes and this community is beautiful!
Thanks, Yvette and Dennis.
Laura, how sweet! Orange Park Country Club is a beautiful community.
This looks like a wonderful golf course community. Really like your community post. Excellent presentation!
Dick & Dixie, it is a beautiful golf course community. Thanks for stopping by.
It looks like you have nice country clubs in your area. What a great series for your Local readers.
