Fayetteville Farmers' Market - Open for Business

Real Estate Agent with Clark Partners 10401331843

Today marked the first day of the 35th year of the Fayetteville Farmers' Market!  The sidewalks of the downtown square were lined with farmers, artists, musicians, and other vendors displaying their unique wares.  The crowd turned out on this sunny - though windy - Saturday morning to show their support. The farmers' market is one of my favorite activities, and I'm so glad it's back!

Tuesdays & Thursdays through October 29th, from 7am-1pm, Fayetteville Downtown Square
Thursday Evenings through October 29th, from 4-7pm, the Mill District
Saturdays through November 21st, from 7am-1pm, Fayetteville Downtown Square

Anthony, Thanks for the reminder! I love the Farmers Market. There is one vendor that I love buying bread from, (and sometimes cookies) they are sooo good!

Anthony:  How I wish there was a real live Farmers Market nearby here in Fort Worth.  I know there is one down in the bowels of downtown Dallas... but I fear going there... fearing that I may never be heard from again... LOL.

Hi Anthony... the Farmers Market here in Dallas is one of my favorite places to shop for fresh produce, but somehow the fact that it doesn't happen in a "town square" environment makes it a bit less special feeling.

Donna  The farmers' market has pretty tight guidelines about everything being first-party and locally grown.  It's always good stuff!

Karen Anne & Steve  Some day you two need to hop in a car and come visit the hill country for a while!  :)  Fayetteville is funky and we're keeping it that way.

We are big fans of the farmers markets in our area.  Great produce and eco friendly.  I love this time of year when they start bringing their goods to market.

I enjoy the farmers markets so much so that we are thinking of participating with home grown and baked goods.

Anthony - there's nothing like a good farmers market!  When I was 9 years old, my grandfather let me take corn down to the farmers market in Las Cruces, NM to help raise money for my college fund (and keep some for myself).  Boy did I feel like a big entrepreneur!
