Announcing: New Born Sales Rep!

Real Estate Agent with Re/max Realtron Realty Inc., Brokerage

Hello all,

My name is Mark Savel, and I've just graduated from the OREA collage (licensing school).  I'm currently in the transition of getting all the basics of the business in place. I.e. insurance, cards, signs and most importantly CONTACTS...

This means I'm still as green as the grass of potential clients lawns, BUT I have been reading a few books and as many active rain forums as possible.

My question to all is: What "must read" real estate books would you recommend to a fellow newbie?

To help others in the same boat as me, I recommend: 21 things I wish my broker had told me, practical advice for new real estate professionals by Frank Cook

Hello Mark-

Welcome to ActiveRain and the Newbie Group.

My recommendation would be to pick the brains of every Professional that you can possibly talk to!

IMHO - that is worth much more than any Real Estate book I've ever come across.

Good Luck with your new career!
