"Pending" seems to be the word for the week in Duvall. On the residential side of things, business seems to have again picked up with the nicer weather, good rates, etc. Six homes went "Pending" or "Pending Inspection" this past week. And, only 5 new ones came on the market, including 1 condo. One of the new homes is actually just a listing of a new construction home, so really its been on the market all this time, just not in the MLS.
No new short-sales or foreclosures on the market, which is a nice thing to see.
One of those "pending" homes is one of the rather high-priced, new construction homes, I've been keeping my eye on. Its selling as a ‘short sale', so it will be interesting to see what the final price is.
On the commercial side, 2 spots in Copper Hill came back on the market. The owner, an agent, must have been out of town for a couple of weeks.
And, along with being for sale, Riverview Plaza is now advertising its spaces for lease via a commercial management company.
Beyond that, not a lot going on. But, the weather is turning around and its sunny and expected to stay that way for a day or two... so we may be seeing a lot more activity in both markets.
