Boy, lately my listings have been getting a lot of exposure. I've determined that the best way to give my clients an opportunity to sell is by focusing online and with other area Realtors. It boils down to these simple facts...

1. 85% of buyers start their search online.

2. 41% of buyers found out about their home from a Realtor.

So what does that mean? Having an online presence and making sure other Realtors know about a home for sale is probably where 90% of my efforts go in selling real estate. I've developed marketing strategies that capitalize on this and my clients have been pleased.
