There were 9 homes that settled in March. The average price was $469,722. The highest price was $784,500, the lowest price was $165,000 and these homes were on the market for an average of 56 days. (number of days from date listed to date it went under contract )

There are 22 homes pending settlement right now. They were on the market for an average of 107 days. The highest list price is $899000 and lowest list price is $199,900
