NEW CONDO CONVERSION IN FANTASTIC AREA IN DOWNTOWN BETHESDA - I just previewed some elevator condos in Bethesda that are really beautiful. There is a pool and tennis court. The floorplans are well thought out. Perfect for the single lady or couple who wants to live the city life without the big city noise. They are close to the metro, and in a really nice area near NIH, with cute little cafe's and shops. They range from in the 300's to the 800's. 50% sold, and there are 3 preferred lenders to choose from to get free condo fees for a year as an incentive. The condo fees are reasonable, and the views are nice from the balconies. If you would like for me to make an appointment for us to see them, please give me a call or send me an email...
