The Current Sale of Real Estate Has picked up over the last few weeks,
so this report may not indicate a market trend in the coming months in Oak Bay.

Average Asking Price= $570,843
Average Days on the Market = 143
Current Pending No Sales = 1
Pending Selling Price= $555,500
Days on the Market = 125
Townhouses Sold in 2009(completed sales Jan 1 to April 8) = 4
Average selling price = $353,000
Average Days on the Market = 44

Current Number of Condo's For Sale in Oak Bay = 22
Average Asking Price = $494,975
Average Days on the Market = 72
Current Pending No Sales = 4
Average Pending Selling Price = $733,225 ( one sale at 1,8 million raising the average, other wise the average from the other 3 would be $377,633)

Days on the Market = 49
Condo's Sold in 2009(completed Sales Jan 1 to April 8)) = 15
Average Selling Price = $293,500
Average Days on the Market = 67

Hi Teri...I just Created the Map when I went to Google Maps..under the heading create new map.

It's nice to outline different areas of Victoria BC where we have 13 Municipalities.

Hi Kathy...Real Estate Sales throughout Victoria are within 90% of Last April. Buyers are taking advantage of the Record Low mortgage interest rates in Canada..3.95% for a 5 year Term :O)) Time to Lock in ?
