I stumbled upon this awesome group this evening as I was perusing the AR, blogging, and enjoying the variety...
I see a lot of familiar faces in this group. I don't think I've had the pleasure of meeting any of you in person, but I've read your blogs and I admire your dedication and activity levels.
I wanted to share a bit about our new FREE listing service on line, www.realestatenugget.com.
I would be honored if you spent a few minutes checking it out, and of course I would be happy as a clam if you posted some of your listings on our site. The great thing about the site is that it's simple to use. We really tried to make it very basic and intuitive. Our image is unpretentious, and simple! This service will be FREE for LIFE.....and we're committed to continuing to enhance the site and it's capabilities.
It will take time for this to accumulate listings and gain the high traffic, but we're dedicated to achieving this. However, we absolutely NEED your support.
Obviously in a year or so, the traffic will validate spending time posting your listings and managing your portfolio from the site.....but the immediate benefit is still undeniable: by posting your listings, you enhance your Search Engine Optimization and gain Exposure for your company, your name, and your listings.
Be sure to 'link' to your own website's when posting on www.realestatenugget.com. And if you're adept at using Postlets, or VFlyer, and other HTML coded flyers, visit the FAQ section on the footer to read a simple explanation on how to make these HTML flyers work on the 'Nugget.'
