Here's a quick and easy way to post a listing: put up a widget from Vflyer.com. I actually like it. Cute, to the point, provides links to another website that can give all the other information that won't fit in this widget, yet enables a rotating view of the photos. Sweet!

This is of a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, just steps from the beach, and overlooks the pool and the lagoon. See it at 339 Broadway #205 in Alameda, CA

Gita - thanks. I have a cash offer, a bit less than list price. But it's a short sale. Which means I'm going to wait for a long time.

Don - it is a nice listing. It sold for $450K less than 3 years ago. Selling it quickly was not the challenge. I had an offer in 3 days. Getting the short sale approved is a different story.

Michael --- hope the short sale moves quickly, too. I went ahead and engaged Short Sale Advantage to expedite and handle the minutiae and the calling and the following up with the lenders.

And yes, the little VFlyer widget works great, doesn't it? One less thing to worry abou when posting listings. Do it once on Vflyer and it's sent out everywhere. Then copy/paste the html, and voila!
