I've already had a sunburn! How can they forecast snow now?

Don't you find comedic relief in watching the weather forecast each morning? Several of my friends were defrosting their cars this morning to head off to the office! I just waited until day break to leave! Ok more like 10 am (nanny nanny boo boo! Don't ya just love real estate?) and you know, it was sunny and comfortable and not a smidgeon of frost on my windshield! I would have to say, Houston, we have a problem if there were frost on it after being in the garage all night! LOL...

Walking from one wing of their building to their cafeteria (when my office building takes two minutes to walk - BOTH floors!) we glanced out the windows into the court-yard parks and at the sunshine and the "smokers"... I felt sorry for the birds trying to belt out their songs!

We ate not overly heavy lunches and walked back to the original point of my entry where I mused that we never left the comfort of the hallways though the sun beckoned us visit. I am sure my allergies would've joined us shortly thereafter but the thought of those missed rays disappoints me now!

Assuredly my hips aren't missing the caloric burn we bypassed either! Though I would guess my stilettos are relieved at their repreive!

I have therefore decided that I will seize the opportunity as it presents itself again as The March of Dimes Walk is quickly approaching and I've not done too much walking since DisneyWorld Vacation 2008! I better start working up to this since I will certainly be carrying my furry four legged partners about half-way through!

Come join me in the sunshine for lunch tomorrow, won't you?!?! Maybe the birds will sing their songs for us!
