I love my Elderly clients!

Just like kids, you never know what an elderly person will come up with. 

I just got home from a listing presentation...Mr. Seller (all of 89) did almost all the talking.  Mrs. Seller, smiled a lot and I could tell she was kinda bursting at the seams.  Business was done and we were just chit chatting. 

Mrs. Seller all of a sudden asked if I enjoyed a good joke.  Sure I do!  So this is what she came up with...

3 elderly ladies werre sitting on a park bench...A man came by in a trench coat, stopped and faced the ladies and opened his coat and exposed his greatness to the ladies.   Well, the first one had a Stroke.   Then the 2nd lady had a Stroke...The 3rd lady, well, she couldn't reach that far.

Needless to say, the joke is cute, but to here Mrs. Seller tell it, made my night.  I made her promise that when I came back to list the property, she would have another for me...She got this BIG grin..."Oh, I have several I think you may like!"
