Hello Sasha..1st of all hope you are doing well! Been a long time since we've spoke or went to school eh? I just watched your video! Well Done! Very informative and great stats!

I did find some continuous improvements (what we call in the Automotive industry! LOL) for you to review...No big deal but I know you like professionalism as I do!..So here goes...3 of them...

1) @ 5:00 mins you stated in the Most popular price ranges sales ranges a percentage of 15.59% but your Powerpt pg indicates 19.59% in the $180,000-$260,000 chart.

2) @ 7:51 mins you stated in the monthly side of the Ave sales price comparison chart $165,695 but your Powerpt pg indicates $165,298.

3) @ 13:15 a typo exists Why "AN" I doing this? Should be "AM" as you stated...

Once again, awesome job Sasha! Hope you don't mind the feedback!

Hope you are doing well during these turbulent times..

Take care and All the best!

regards,

Dean

---------------------MY RESPONSSE-------------------------

Hi Dean,

Good to hear from you and THANKS for pointing them out.

RE #1:  I seen that mistake BUT only after the video was published and it would have been too big of a pain in the BUTT to fix it. 19.59% is the correct answer.

RE #2:    I get all of my statistics from the WECREB (The Windsor Essex County Real Estate Board) and the Year to Date average prices are different on 2 reports.  It's really an insignificant amount (0.24% in this case).  I think the difference lies in the fact that one of the reports is continually changing over time.  For instance, if a sale falls apart and doesn't close... that will be adjusted on that report in real time whereas the other report is as of a specific date and these changes are missed.

RE #3:  I just missed that one :-(

Anyway, thanks again for pointing these out.  I'm always looking to improve.  Also, if you don't mind, I'm going to post your comments on my blog so that others can benefit from them as well.  I'll delete all of your personal information.

Take care,

 -Sash
