- As real estate sales slow, my business slows also, as I do a lot of repair work for closings and heat certifications as well.

- Mostly the LBI high end customer base that takes comfort very seriously. Also, these homes usually have multiple systems.

- I get to work close to home and near the water.
4. What consumer friendly tips can you give to people looking to hire someone in your industry?
- In Ocean County it is very hard to find reliable and qualified help. Plan on training a good candidate yourself.
5. What are some pitfalls or "red flags" to avoid when hiring someone in your business sector?
- They are not always honest on their job applications, again reliability is a big issue also qualifications need to be verified thoroughly.
