Thats all you hear is that the market is SLOW. Take out your hearing aids and avoid all the criticism you are hearing about the Real Estate market. Take some time and figure what your true goals are and sick to it. If you do not have goals or plans there is no hope. Myself, I was stuck in a rut after being in the business for 20+ years and was going nowhere fast. I reset my basic goals and now I am back on track. So intead of staringa, wandering, worrying get and go to work with a goal in mind.
