Some of the new features include:
- The ability to select a theme color for your site
- A new modern/clean design and layout
- The ability for consumers to search for listings directly from your web site
- The ability to showcase your favorite subdivisions and neighborhoods
- A sleek 'Featured Homes' slideshow
- A more prominent display of your recently sold listing inventory
Beyond Your Member Web Site
Your member Web site provides you with free links to add value & functionality for any personal site you are building. Almost all of the features that are on your HAR Member Web site can be added to your external sites at no extra charge. You can view these links under the Control Panel of the HAR Member Web site Builder, by clicking on 'IDX Console'. These are the links that you will need to copy and paste and give to your web developer. Remember, these features are already on your HAR site, so you do not need to do anything with these links for that site. This is for any third party site or personal site that you are building. Your web developer will know what to do with them, but you need to let them know the features and links are available to use on your site and are all branded with your name.
