I'm part of a REO TEAM in my office, the team consist of my Real Estate partner, myself and a 3rd agent who chose to take a full time job. I receive foreclosure listings as well as my partner and the 3rd agent on our team. Here is my question to other agents who are getting these listings... Do you pay a referral fee to your broker on your foreclosure listings?
My brokerage takes 5% of our commissions when my partner and I sell these listings for a total of 10% coming out of our bottom line! This is on top of our regular office and franchise fees... Anyone else have money coming in and then going out?
