All Florida GMAC Real Estate wins Premier Service Diamond Award

ALL FLORIDA GMAC Real Estate announced in February that it has received the prestigious Premier Service® Diamond national award for providing superior customer service to home buyers and sellers in Florida.  With offices in Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, Melbourne, Daytona Beach, Ocala and Port Charlotte, All Florida GMAC reaches many customers throughout the state. 

 The Premier Service Diamond award was presented to ELIZABETH RUVO, State Sales Division Manager of All Florida GMAC Real Estate by GMAC Real Estate President, John Bearden and recognized at the company's national business conference held in the Caribbean on the Royal Caribbean Navigator of the Seas during the second week of February.

 "Each and every one of the real estate professionals at All Florida GMAC Real Estate should be extremely proud of what they have achieved as a team," Bearden said.  "Reaching the Premier Service Diamond level is an incredible accomplishment and underscores the office's commitment to providing superior customer service to home buyers and sellers in Florida."

 Through the Premier Service program, buyers and sellers are asked to complete a survey evaluating the service they received.  Once completed, the surveys are tabulated by an independent research firm and the results provide an overall ranking for the office. 

To qualify to become a Premier Service Diamond office winner, All Florida GMAC Real Estate had to receive a minimum 95% customer satisfaction rating and maintain a minimum survey return rate of 30 percent.  All Florida GMAC Real Estate's customer satisfaction rating is currently 97.27 percent state wide.

 Premier Service is one of the most comprehensive and effective customer-service programs in the real estate industry.  Through the program, GMAC Real Estate's sales associates put in writing, up front, the services they will perform.  Following the transaction, GMAC Real Estate agents ask their customers to honestly rate their performance through a written survey.

 In the Daytona Beach area, JESSICA MORFORD and RHONDA BELCHER received the Premier Service® Diamond national award for associates.  Both Jessica and Rhonda have 100 percent satisfaction ratings and have received a minimum survey return rate of 30 percent.
