Ever wondered how architects do it?
How do they draw such wonderful buildings and then after about 6-8 months (depending on the size and amount of options it has) a new home is either available for sale or has already been bought before hand.
Well, it takes schooling (we get it...), it takes applying what they have learned to the drawing (we do that too...real estate ethics and an honor code).
And after a while the architect has to go BACK to school because things change and things are learned in the field (we do that two ~~ every 2 years for Florida real estate )
I had an architect for a room mate once.... he got hired out to companies at $50.00 per hour back in 1984...THAT is a LOT of money for an architect. He drew the blueprints for the company he worked for in Syracuse N.Y. He also drew their home office plans, using state of the art knowledge he had back then.
Windows were angled at a certain banking and the roof overshot the ceiling by a couple of feet...the result was no direct sunlight came into the building...EVER......The building did not look odd either..... the windows were treated with tempered and sunlight reflecting glass...the electrical costs to heat and cool the entire building were much less than if these things were not done....
ARE YOU DOING WHAT OTHER REAL ESTATE AGENTS ARE NOT DOING.....???
HOW GOOD IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?
ARE YOU LOYAL, QUICK TO COMMUNICATE, ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENTS?
DID YOU DO A PROPER CMA? DID YOU HELP TO STAGE A HOME THAT NEEDED A FINE TOUCH?
Lets keep on top of our game...... and we will stay there..........
