Ocean City, MD is a ten-mile-long peninsula with Isle of Wight Bay and Assawoman Bay on one side and the Atlantic. It's is a spring break mecca. But, recently, Ocean City has been transformed into an upscale high-rise condo developments.
You can eat in great restaurants or stay in an affordable vacation home right along the shoreline. The boardwalk is still jammed with T-shirt shops and arcades, but that’s part of the charm. Get a snow cone and cozy up under the boardwalk on a blanket with your baby. Stroll along the miles of sandy public beaches and watch the parasailers that dot the sky. If your more of an outdoors person, bisit Assateague State Park and spend the day on a remote beach with the island’s wild horses. Ocean City has something for everyone!
