I wish I could take credit for this, but... sigh... I can't.
My friend Kelle Sparta (author of The Consultative Real Estate Agent) invited me to participate in a cyber open house of sorts where several real estate trainers will be holding online seminars during the week of April 20th - all for free! She came up with the idea of a "Real Estate Week" because she realized that while many agents know they need some help, they simply can't afford to pay for it right now.
So, nice group of guys and gals that we are, we all agreed to donate our brilliance (tee hee) to serve the greater good of our industry and to say Thank You for all your support of what we do.
No cost, no obligation, no sales pitch.
Starting on April 20th, there will be free online seminars throughout the week, hosted through BlitzTime - a cool new training platform that was created specifically for business networking.
Here's what you need to do to attend any or all of the shows:
1. Go to BlitzTime and create a profile.
2. Sign up for the Real Estate Week Free Training group.
3. Register for the events that you want to attend.
Here are some of the events scheduled (with more being added as we speak):
Selling Real Estate is Not a Numbers Game... or at least it doesn't have to be
presented by Jennifer Allan, Author of Sell With Soul
Most real estate agent training programs insist that Selling Real Estate is a Numbers Game. We've all heard the mass-marketer's philosophy - you have to contact X number of people to get a lead and you have to have Y number of leads to get a client and you have to have Z number of clients to get a paycheck...blah, blah, blah. I don't much like the idea of being treated like a number and I'll bet most of our clients and prospects don't either. Yes, you can succeed selling real estate using a quality over quantity prospecting approach... and I'll show you how!

Just by asking the right questions she gets to the root of people's thinking patterns and helps them to move in the direction of reaching their goals. But that's not all. When Kim coaches people, she provides the most profound coaching experience that allows people to truly explore the root of what is holding them back from great success. Please join Kim for her coaching session on Tuesday April 21st from 12:00 to 1:15 PM Eastern. This is an opportunity for you to get your frame of mind back in the game and on the road to success.

presented by Kelle Sparta, Speaker and Coach, Author of The Consultative Real Estate Agent
In this program we'll look at ways to improve your prospecting using social media. We'll explore the dos and don'ts of blogging, micro-blogging (Twitter and status updates), Facebook, and LinkedIn. This quick overview will give you tips to avoid breaching social media etiquette and tools to help you Tweet when you're on the street. Chock-full of tools, links, and more information than you can shake a stick at - you'd better be prepared to take notes for this one. p.s. Tomorrow, I'll pick back up with the last four installments of the Confident Rookie Series.
