I was never a fan of the online real estate classes, until recently when one of my staff completed some courses online and passed her test with flying colors. I was of the old school, I had been attending brick and mortar schools for real estate training since the 1980's.
I guess I'm slow to accept change. I was curious so I did a little looking into one school in particular. Since my new agent had done so well there.
Offers great classes and reasonable fees for the beginner or the seasoned agent, to get continuing education. They even offer courses for real estate appraisers. Getting training on line is quick, easy and can be done on your own schedule.
Getting your license has never been easier!
I may look into them in the future when it comes time to get my CE for my Missouri and Kansas brokers licenses.
