I am looking to buy a printer that I can take with me to open houses. Do you know of a printer that would be good for this? It needs to be small and light. I just want to be able to print a few pages if I need too, or an offer from win forms if a buyer walks in and wants to write up a offer.

Be careful with this, an associate of mine used to do this. Everyone wanted him to print out the listing down the street. An open house guest with a big list can occupy you for the whole time. You also can't use the "I would be happy to email/deliver/mail it to you" to get more info from them.
BTW, both HP and Canon have good portable printers.
