Builders include Cornerstone Homes, Ryland Homes, Kingsouth, and custom builder Sid Higginbotham.
Prices range from the $180,000s to over $500,000. One of the distinctions in East West communities is a variety of builders on the street so streets have different floor plans reflecting each builder's style. Some neighborhoods have different lot sizes on a street, again allowing for variety and affordability for home buyers. This careful site design and builder selection lends itself to a distinguished finished product community.
