We're looking for a part-time admin/customer care person to help us grow the business. I'm looking for someone immediately to work 20-25 hours per week Monday-Friday and welcome input. Priorities include maintaining an organized office in a very busy atmosphere, abiltiy to multi-task (and love it!), work with microsoft office products, front-line smile to callers and clients. This position will hopefully be on board by May 1.

Rachel: Best of luck on hiring somone. Interview carefully and check references, past jobs. I'd recommend a 3 month trial period as that's the point at which it seems to become apparent whether someones best intention have reached the limit of their abilities.
