Help - I Haven't Done My Taxes! - First TIme Homebuyer Credit

By

Many of us out there haven't done our taxes so be sure to file the form for an extension.  Also, rather than try to explain all the intricacies of the First Time Home-buyer credit, refer your clients to Form 5405 - the first time home-buyer credit information which determines the eligibility for the $8000 tax credit.  Here's a quick link for you to find the forms www.forms.gov, or if you want to join the tax day tea party, here's the link to find out where they are for you to join, www.TaxDayTeaParty.com.  Be sure to remind First-Time Home Buyers that they can revise their return through December 2009 if they have already filed.

Have you noticed that more first time home buyers are out there and I'm sure that it's because of the tax credit and great interest rates?
