Hi, my name is 18 Powder Lane. I am 13 years old and my family said I was too big for them. I have 4 bedrooms with 2 ½ baths. One of my bathrooms is in the owner's bedroom. It has a garden tub, a separate shower, and a cathedral ceiling. My owners also have 3 closets in their bedroom one of which is a huge walk-in closet. I have a family room with a wood burning fireplace, a formal living room and formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a partially finished basement, a deck, and above ground pool. I also have new carpet and have been freshly painted.
My 2008 taxes were $7106, I am 100 X 132 big, and am in a quiet neighborhood. My photo shoot will be in a few days so you can see more of me. I just wanted to get this out as a preview of good things to come!
