Penny, that is great news and I hope that the trend continues across the country and the "Trend" becomes the Standard.  We need to get off oil, it WILL run out, and I don't think that they've perfected Electric Airliners yet!  Have a great day.

Penny I love NC.  Thanks for your post.  Green is so key as a movement i am an ECO-Broker and when you look at the trends set for building commercial properties it only makes sense to use our resources with greater accountability and respect.
