Hello all, I hope your day is going well. We have sunshine again today in Bonney Lake, WA. I can not wait to get out and take on the day! Some helpful information below for struggling homeowners, this is a very tough time for everyone. I do not know any one person who has not been affected.
On February 18, 2009, President Obama announced his Making Home Affordable Program. The program is designed to help up to 7-9 million families avoid foreclosure by restructuring or refinancing their mortgages. The plan not only helps responsible homeowners behind on their payments or at risk of defaulting, but prevents your neighborhoods and communities from being pulled over the edge too, as defaults and foreclosures contribute to falling home values, failing local businesses, and lost jobs. Be proactive if you are behind, don't wait another minute. There are plenty of options for you.
